Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delays due to weather or other events outside our control.

A Note on Heat Sensitivity

Wax may be sensitive to heat during transit. To protect your order, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps ensure your candles aren't sitting in a hot carrier facility or delivery vehicle over a weekend.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
